Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before you decide what comes next.

A property review is a starting point—not an offer, contract, or obligation.

Do I need to repair or clean the property first?

No. Describe the property as it is today. Known repairs, contents, occupancy, and deferred maintenance can be part of the review.

Does submitting guarantee an offer?

No. A submission begins an availability and property review. It does not guarantee an offer, price, transaction, or closing timeline.

Am I agreeing to sell?

No. Submitting information does not create a contract or obligation to sell. Any later transaction would require separate documents and decisions.

What properties can I submit?

You may start with a house, condo, townhome, manufactured home, land, or multifamily property. Actual availability varies by location and property type.

What information should I have ready?

Start with the address, general condition, occupancy, desired timing, and a way to contact you. Desired price, mortgage or lien status, and repair details are optional. Secure photos are not collected in the public form yet; a reviewer may request them later.

Should I provide account numbers or legal documents?

No. Do not enter loan account numbers, identification numbers, or sensitive documents in the public form. A reviewer can explain any later document request.

Is DenOffer available throughout Florida?

Florida is the first proving ground, but each property still requires an availability review. A Florida address does not guarantee a transaction path.

What happens after I submit?

The information enters a human review queue. If contact permission was granted, a reviewer may follow up through the selected channel. No offer or contract is created automatically.
